FIRE AWAY!

In our design for Fire Away! We had a base that consisted of two wooden blocks that were drilled into the bottom of the main base board. We then drilled two legs into the base with two semi large holes at the top for the arm and axel. The arm hole that the axel would go through had a ratio of 3:1 with two nails at the end of it for the rubber bands. On the base we had a hook for the rubber bands to be held. We had 30 rubber bands in total but we had them in pairs of two together. So technically 15 rubbers bands. After we went to calculating the process of the catapult. Our farthest throw was 28 meters.
