Reverse Engineering 

For this project, Me and my group were tasked the challenge of going more in depth in one of our 4 products. We all came together and we closed in on the ps4 controller as our main product. To start this project right now we used the Gantt chart as our way of keeping things organized and on time. We split up all the analysis we needed for our report. I was given the task of learning about the Material Analysis. Once we all were given our jobs, I began to research. Since the ps4 controller was my product originally I had a head start on it. The materials were pretty basic as the outside shell consisted on one material. Once I dug deep into the materials I added it to the report. Which you can find below. I was also given the task of re sketching the product. Once i got my pens and pencils, I went to work. 

Once we were done filling out our report and smashing all of our work together, we began on working the slideshow and presentation part of the project. Once we got a template for the slideshow, we each took our part of the project and put it on the slideshow. For my Material analysis, i added photos of the main material, HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). I then added my speaker notes to help me remember what i was going to say and how i was going to explain the analysis. Once I was done I helped finish the teardown. Once done with that, the project was ready to go.

Engineering drawing - A drawing is a 3-d object on a 2-d piece of paper or computer screen by a process called projection 

Isometric - the three axes of the isometric drawing from 120 degree angles with eachother. circles appear as elipses in isometric drawing. 

Perspective - In a perspective drawing objects appear the way the human eye would seem them. Parallel lines converge to a single point at the horizon.

Orthographic - In orthographic drawings that object appears to be inside a glass box with each face of the object projected onto a side of the box. 

Reflection

During the time working on the project, I know that I worked really well on my communication skills as it is one of the more important skills to have nowadays. The whole team worked well together which contributed to the finishing the project on time and high quaility. I used this when I would communicate with Ava on what should be added where on the slideshow. 

Something that I need to work on is my ability to put it all out for everyone to see. Thankfully my team had my back and helped know what information was more important than other stuff. This allowed me to slowly learn how to do it myself but I feel like I still have a lot of room to improve on in the future.
