EZLynx Connect is our umbrella program for all vendor integration. 🎉 It provides third-party businesses an avenue to distribute their products and services directly within the EZLynx platform. We've opened the EZLynx framework and invited carriers and vendors to work side-by-side with our technologists to innovate and integrate solutions to better the agency workflow.

Enable Gmail For Ezlynx Organizational Level (admin login for Google workspace neede)
Ezlynx has released a Gmail plug-in so you can save your emails directly from Gmail. This includes sent and received emails. This plug-in is already turned on for everyone. How to use it! 💡
We can also add the Labels to the emails that we are saving using the EZLynx Gmail plugin and the automation should fire off.⚙️
Save to policy number, folder, and discussion ----> File Standards .
Do not work from your email save them to Ezlynx!🙅♀️

Pro Tip 💪🏻 Make sure to attach all the attachments in the email if applicable. In case the file is too large and exceeds the 2 MB limit, you may download the attachment and manually upload them in EZLynx.
Pro Tip 💪🏻 When setting up the task, please be sure to double-check the date and time. The default is the next day, 11AM. Make sure to change it according to the urgency of the task or the current date. Here's a video for this tip! Change Task Date when Plugging in to EZ from your Emails
At the moment you cannot assign a task to a department, so department leads will need to tell us who the point person is to assign tasks to and each department.
Going forward do not email or CC the Hello inbox rather save the emails and assign a task to the appropriate person in Ezlynx.📥
If you reply to an email save it from the sent email because it saves the whole thread and adds your notes.
Make sure we are adding to applicable discussion titles such as Customer Inquiries, Cancellation, Renewal, New Opportunities, or Claims. Do not make new discussion titles. 📌
