To develop, guide and execute the vision and mission of the agency. This role primarily focuses on working on the business by training, coaching and developing each employee to execute flawlessly the strategies and processes created. The President is always looking at agency growth strategies that are efficient and effective while being the primary leader within the business.
Develop agency goals, strategize to attain the goals and report on the goals:

Placing Business with Core Carriers
Work on the marketing strategy with the community manager
Celebrate agency successes
Motivate the team
Hire and onboard top agency talent
Practice forever recruiting and always be looking for top talent
Educate new team members on processes and procedures
Help acclimate them to the agency’s culture
Work on agency marketing and new lead development
Work with the agency marketing team and/or third party vendors on agency branding and marketing
Be the face of the agency at networking and community events
Monitor and measure marketing activities
4. Create and set the tone for the agency’s culture
Be clear and intentional on developing the agency’s culture
Recognize when team members are not in alignment with the agency culture
Set the norm and standards of our culture
5. Provide ongoing coaching and training for the team on efficiency, sales, customer-centric processes and personal development
Roll out new processes and procedures
Document new processes
Train the team on agency best practices
Audit the processes and coach the team for success
Address any continued failures to follow processes and/or adhere to job descriptions
6. Manage the employees
Conduct employee reviews and 90 day check-in meetings
Support the team as needed
Handle agency disciplinary actions
Motivate and inspire the team
Lead all agency meetings
7. Work on Agency Profitability
Identify core carriers to place business with to maximize revenue
Work to hit career goals and achieve bonuses
Identify agency budgets
Keep track of agency profitability with accounting
Work with carrier representatives on new initiatives and co-op dollar opportunities
Failure to reach and maintain the KPIs below can cause reduced bonus, bonus eligibility, and/or reduced commissions.

Every 90 days you will meet with your manager to review any bottlenecks, ideas you have to improve and the objectives outlined in your job description.
