To serve the agency by ensuring that staff is operating at an acceptable level. This includes making sure standards operating procedures are being followed and that any backend functions are running smoothly. This role helps guide the agency with consistent quality assurance checking.
Assist the Operations Manager for any help they need
Issue certificates during off hours per agency standards and processes
Complete quality assurance reports accurately and timely
Helping the team maintaining clean data with high integrity standards
Ensuring that call recordings are being saved and downloads from TEAMup are running smoothly.
Continue Training with APP and TotalCSR and new training the agency offers
Onboarding and offboarding users
Help the agency with marketing efforts on social media, making case studies, and writing blog posts with ChatGPT
