Ensuring agents are providing proper applications to ensure quoting is accurate and timely manner
Making sure the team has the ability to login to carrier websitesÂ
Continue Training with APP and Total CSR and new training the agency offers (make video how to add user and website how to)
Failure to reach and maintain the KPIs below can cause reduced bonus, bonus eligibility, and/or reduced commissions. Please always communicate with your team lead.Â
