Weekly Email Review:
Sandeep will review weekly emails to identify policies set for nonrenewal.
Each nonrenewing policy will be categorized on the Google Sheet Below as either:
Picked up by Foremost
Not picked up by Foremost
Foremost Replacement Policies:
For policies picked up by Foremost:
Sandeep will send an email campaign (Carrier- Guard NonRenewal Foremost Replacement) to policyholders on behalf of CSR. This will be added to the homeowner renewal discussion title
The email will include the Foremost replacement policy information.
The email will clearly state that coverage and limits may differ from Guard's policy, and policyholders will be invited to contact the CSR to discuss any questions or concerns.
Policies Not Picked Up by Foremost:
For policies not picked up by Foremost:
Sandeep will send an email (Carrier- Guard NonRenewal No Replacement) to policyholders on behalf of CSR
The email will assure them that we are actively seeking alternative coverage options.
Sandeep will proceed to remarketing them with other options and present to the CSR
This will be added to the homeowner renewal discussion title
Policy Tracking: We will review the nonrenewal list below on a weekly basis

We are writing to inform you that your current policy with Guard will not be renewed due to business reasons. However, we are pleased to announce that Foremost has agreed to provide you with a replacement policy.
Your new Foremost policy will provide you with similar coverage to your current Guard policy. However, please note that there may be some differences in coverage and limits. We encourage you to review your new policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
