Early intervention is a pivotal strategy that utilizes the brain's adaptability to improve outcomes for children with developmental delays. By implementing these techniques at a critical stage of brain development, significant advancements in a child’s growth can be achieved. Paraeducators play a crucial role in this process, applying early intervention strategies to support and enhance children's developmental trajectories.
This project explores the integration of early intervention methods with the routine activities of 10 paraeducators, aiming to assess their effectiveness in real-world educational settings. The forthcoming presentation will not only provide an overview of the project’s methodology and findings from in-depth interviews with the paraeducators but also share feedback from organizational leadership on the utility of these strategies. Attendees will leave with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of early intervention and its impact on both children’s development and organizational practices.
