The purpose of this action research project is to identify the role coaches, staff, and athletic departments have in preventing dominance and unjust power dynamics in the setting of collegiate athletics. The objective is to create an action plan for Universities and athletic

programs to follow in regard to training programs for unethical situations student-athletes may encounter with authority figures. Additionally, the objective is to inform the general public of the risks and concerns at a high level of sport for female athletes.
