Mental Health Support

Everyone has mental health - sometimes we are mentally healthy and sometimes we need help to be mentally healthy.

Everyone feels low, angry or anxious at times. But when these changes last for a long time or are significantly affecting them, it might be time to get professional help. You can always ask for support in school, college,  from your GP, parents/carers and social worker if you have one.

There are other ways of getting support too - here are some links that might be useful.

Counselling services available to all, hosted by Stirling Baptist Church. You do not need to be a church goer to access this free or subsidised support.
