2025 Teen Webzine
In the second trimester, in Portuguese classes, we wrote biographies about people in the school that have a legacy of more than 15 years at the school.
In groups, we chose who to interview. Afterwards, we created some questions for the person we would interview. We sent an e-mail to the person, asking for a place and time to meet, and we interviewed the person. We did this to learn about the person’s personal and professional life, so that we could write a better biography.
We started writing about the person, only with the information in the interview. We wrote for many classes in Portuguese lessons, writing a total of 3 versions, and a final one. Between the versions, we received suggestions from Jeanny, the Portuguese teacher. The people that we did a biography with were Teresita, Thiago, Ana Claudia, Isaias, Carlos, Eliana, Jair, Lucia and Cleber.
This project made us comprehend how to do an interview, how to write a biography and we understood the importance of people for the school. It showed us that the legacy of some people stay where they are, in the form of objects, places and memories.
