Changes for the 2024-2025 School Year

Happy Spring!  As we welcome the spring and summer months ahead, we are starting to make plans for the 2024-2025 school year.  As a few changes are on the horizon, we will keep you updated:

As some of you may have noticed, our calendar for the 2024-2025 school year looks a little different in that our early dismissal days (12:30) have moved from Fridays to Wednesdays.  We have decided to move these early dismissal days to accommodate teacher trainings and teacher meetings.  We will be utilizing these days for Faculty/Staff meetings as well as time to meet in PLCs and planned MAP trainings involving analyzing MAP scores by grade levels and content areas and goal setting for our students.  The availability of speakers and trainers for our early dismissal days was a key reason for changing our 12:30 dismissal days from Fridays to Wednesdays.  We hope to communicate our experiences on these days throughout the 2024-2025 school year.

Staffing changes for the 2024-2025 school year will be trying to find teachers for a couple of our valued faculty/staff members who have decided to retire at the end of this school year:

They will all be deeply missed, and we thank them for their many contributions to our St. Albert community for many years.

As we grow, our office spaces are also needing to adjust.  We will keep you posted as office locations may be changing.

Enjoy the transition to Spring, and our third trimester.  We have a lot of fun ahead!

2024-2025 PTO Open Committee Positions

It’s that time of year again and we’re already planning ahead for next school year! Many of our long-time PTO volunteers are graduating out of St. Albert or shifting into different roles. With that said, we have several open positions going into next school year. You can click on this Google link to sign up or get more information. We are looking to add new faces with fresh ideas and energy to our team. With one of the largest schools in the diocese, parent participation is essential to supporting our students, teachers, and staff throughout the year. Events and committees without representation will not be able to take place. So, please consider joining us! There are many options available to fit various schedules and time commitments.
