1.        This will be the last step once the device is registered with Zero Touch and enrolled in SOTI MobiControl.

Zero Touch Enrollment

Zero Touch Enrollment

1. Log into Zero Touch using the following login information below:

   • User name: zt.admin@sstid.com

   • Password: Mdm4Life! 

2. Select Devices on the left side 

3. Select + Add device on top right corner

4. Enter customer name and select White Cap | 1815920394

5. Select Cellular

6. Copy paste or scan the IMEI's to register (separate each serial with a new line, space, colon, or comma)

7. Select Add > # device added will appear > select Done

8. Access the customer portal to access White Cap and configurations. 

   • The registered device will receive the configuration based on the address the device is being shipped to on the Work Order. (E.g. If shipping to Houston TX, the configuration to apply will be Houston)

9. You can now begin Device setup, OS load, and staging the device. 

Device Staging 

Staging

1. On Hi There! screen select Start and connect to WiFi - SSTStaging

2. This device belongs to your organization will appear > Select next

3. Getting ready for work setup... will appear for up to 30 seconds

4. Let's set up your work device will appear > Select Accept & continue

5. This device isn't private will appear > Select Next

6. Scroll up on Google Services > Select Accept

7. MobiControl will come up and begin enrollment > Select RETRY if needed

8. Tap Google Play Account acknowledgment from the agent

9. MobiControl will begin staging

10. Agent Pending Actions will appear

11. Enable permissions 

    • Please Give Write Settings permission > Switch toggle ON for Allow modifying system settings

    • Press back

    • Please give Notification Access permission > Select SOTI MobiControl > switch toggle ON for Allow notification access >select Allow

    • Press back twice

12. Allow the device to finish applying MobiControl configurations

13. Staging is complete once the device reaches the Lockdown screen 

QA Process

1. Login to MobiControl

2. Select the group where the device was enrolled. This will be the same as the configuration selected within Zero Touch. 

3. Search for each device by serial. Select the device and check for the correct OEM build - 11-21-27.00-RG-U00-STD-ATH-04

4. Select Configurations and ensure all profiles are installed and reinstall any profiles or packages that did not fully install correctly.

• WC-RF WiFi

5. Go into admin mode on the device from MobiControl. 

6. Go to Settings >> Apps & notifications >> Advanced >> Special app access >> Modify system settings and ensure SOTI MobiControl is set to allowed. Allow if not. 

7. Go to Settings >> Apps & notifications >> Advanced >> Special app access >> Notification settings and ensure SOTI MobiControl is set to allowed. Allow if not.

8. Go to Network & internet >> Wi-Fi >> Saved networks and ensure WC-RF is saved.

9. From MobiControl, enter User Mode on the device.

10. QA is complete.
