Make a copy of Google Sheet "** Roll-Out Details Template **" in the folder Google Shared Drive > Strategic > Strategic Resources > WORK ORDERS and save with the name "SOXXXXXX - Aarons" where SOXXXXXX is the Sales Order number.
Select the Roll Out Details
Add Serial Number
Add SKU (Part Number)
Add IMEI1
Add IMEI2
Add EID (made need to format the cell to text to get the exact 32 digits)
Log into Zero Touch using the following login information below:
User name: zt.admin@sstid.com
Password: Mdm4Life!
Select Devices on the left side
Select + Add device on top right corner
Enter customer name and select Aarons-SOTI-DEV | 3543316825
Select IMEI
Pate or scan IMEI1 Ids to register (separate each serial with a new line, space, colon, or comma)
Select Add > # device added will appear > select Done
Default configuration will be assign: Soti-Test
You can now begin Device setup, OS load, and staging the device.
Power on device
On Hi there screen scan StageNow barcodes: A14-14.35.10-U56-Upgrade.pdf
After update completed > Confirm build number > Settings > About phone > Build Number = 14-35-10.00-UG-U56-STD-ATH-04
Open StageNow > scan barcode: MX13.1_FactoryReset.pdf
Power on device
On Hi there screen scan StageNow barcodes: A14-14.15.22-U111-Upgrade.pdf
After update completed > Confirm build number > Settings > About phone > Build Number = 14-15-22.00-UG-U111-STD-NEM-04
Open StageNow > scan barcode: MX13.1_FactoryReset.pdf
On Hi There! screen select Start and connect to WiFi - SST Guest Access
If a message shows 'Can't setup no network connection', press back to the Hi There! screen, confirm WiFI is connected by WiFi icon on top right corner, and select Start again until message disappears.
Select Skip for Connect to mobile network
Select Skip for Skip setting up a SIM
If Copy apps & data appears:
Confirm the correct IMEI1 was entered in Roll-out details
If incorrect, remove the incorrect IMEI from the Roll-out details and Zero Touch
Add the correct IMEI1 to Roll-out Details and Zero Touch
Press back button all the way to the home screen > select START to Retry staging steps
If Copy apps & Data Appear, scan the MX13.1_FactoryReset.pdf StageNow Barcode > Accept Google Services > Device restarting > Retry staging steps.
This device belongs to your organization will appear > Select next
Getting ready for work setup... will appear for up to 30 seconds
Let's set up your work device will appear > Select Accept & continue
This device isn't private will appear > Select Next
Scroll up on Google Services > Select Accept
MobiControl will come up and begin enrollment > Select RETRY if needed
MobiControl will begin staging

Confirm Device Details
TC27: OEM Version = 14-35-10.00-UG-U56-STD-ATH-04
TC53E: OEM Version = 14-15-22.00-UG-U111-STD-NEM-04
Confirm Configuration Profiles are Installed > If Installed partially or Failed: Force reprocess any failed packages and re-apply any configuration profiles and confirm staging team powers on device to get update to installed
