Macys - ZQ620+ Staging

 **Using the files located in the shared drive: Technical Services\Customer Files\Macys\Macys ZQ620 Plus**

Steps to Setup Zebra ZQ620 Plus Printers

NOTE: You’ll need the following to complete staging:

• Receipt Paper

• Zebra Setup Utilities

1. With the printer powered off, connect the printer to the PC via USB.

2. Power on the printer to install it.

3. Open Zebra Setup Utilities and select the ZQ620 Plus.

4. Select Open Printer Tools >> Settings and click the ellipses to Send file.

5. Send the approved firmware ZV100_21_34Z.zpl to the printer

6. Wait for printer to restart and the firmware downgrade will be complete. 

7. Open Zebra Setup Utilities and select the ZQ620+.

8. Select Open Printer Tools >> Settings and click the ellipses to Send file.

9. Send the following files to the printer in this order:

1. advanced_weblink_conn.json

2. Macys_Net_Config.cpcl

10. Load media paper.

11. Print a configuration label - Press and hold Feed, and then press and release POWER. Release Feed once printing starts.

12. Use a highlighter to highlight the firmware version and SSID.

13. Remove the media and place the configuration label inside the media compartment. 

QA Steps

1. Confirm the configuration label has the firmware and SSID highlighted and that it matches the details below:

   • v100.21.34z

   • FDS010
