Printer - Staging Process

Work Order Roll Out Details

Once devices are received, begin scanning into the work order the serial number

1. Access the appropriate work order

2. Scan in each ID in the Roll Out Details Tab

Install Wireless Network Card

1. Open the module access door in the bottom of the printer

2. Insert the wireless network card 

3. Reattach the module access door

Load Approved Zebra MQTT Config and Network Config Files

For Site 1167 - Romeoville:

1. Connect the printer to a laptop via USB

2. Connect a working ethernet cable for internet connectivity

3. Connect power and turn on the printer

4. Open Zebra Setup Utilities and select the appropriate printer

5. Select Open Printer Tools >> Action >> Send file

6. Download files here 

7. For ZQ630 printers, send ZQ630_SSTConnect.cpcl to first connect to SST network

8. Send Zebra_MQTT_config.ZPL to the printer and wait for it to restart

9. Send ZD421_NetConfig.zpl to the printer and wait for it to restart

10. Login to SOTI Connect - https://scp001327.soticonnect.cloud/Connect/#/login

    1. Username - sst-staging

    2. Password - Officedepot1234

11. Select top left hamburger menu >> New Devices

12. Under Waiting for Approval, find the Discovered On date that matches the date\time you applied the zpl files. The IP address will be something like 192.168.10.xx

13. Check that printer and select approve

14. Select top left hamburger menu >> Devices

15. Find the printer that was just approved and move it to the correct SITE group

Load Approved Zebra MQTT Config and Network Config Files

For Sites Long Beach, 1135-Freemont, 1078-Kent, 1080-Denver, 1214-Buford, 1079-Grand Prairie      

1. Connect the printer to a laptop via USB

2. Connect a working ethernet cable for internet connectivity

3. Connect power and turn on the printer

4. Open Zebra Setup Utilities and select the appropriate printer

5. Select Open Printer Tools >> Action >> Send file

6. Download files here 

7. For ZQ630 printers, send ZQ630_SSTConnect.cpcl to first connect to SST network

8. Send Zebra_MQTT_config.ZPL to the printer and wait for it to restart

9. For ZD421 printers, send ZD421_WIFI_SC_BSD.zpl to the printer and wait for it to restart

10. For ZQ630 printers, send ZQ630_WIFI_SC_BSD.cpcl to the printer and wait for it to restart

11. Login to SOTI Connect - https://scp001327.soticonnect.cloud/Connect/#/login

    1. Username - sst-staging

    2. Password - Officedepot1234

12. Select top left hamburger menu >> New Devices

14. Check that printer and select approve

15. Select top left hamburger menu >> Devices

16. Find the printer that was just approved and move it to the correct SITE group

QA

Follow the steps per device QA

1. Login into Office Depot SOTI Connect and select SITE group 

2. Select printer and seach for ssid to ensure that displays as "SCaas_TT"
