Apply Downgrade & Upgrade StageNow via http streaming

2A. Installing SD Card

Power off the device.
Remove the battery.
Using a Torx T8 screwdriver with a large grip, remove the two keypad latch screws from inside the battery slot.
Slide the keypad latches toward the bottom of the device.

a. Release Keypad Latches

b. Release Keypad Latches

5. Turn the device over so that the keypad is visible.

6. Using a Torx T8 screwdriver, remove the two keypad assembly screws from the top of the keypad.

7. Lift the keypad from the device.

8. Slide the microSD card holder to the Open position.

9. Lift the microSD card holder.

10. Insert the microSD card into the card holder door

ensuring that the card slides into the holding tabs on each side of the door

11. Close the microSD card holder door and slide the door to the Lock position.

12. Align the keypad along the bottom ridge of the device, and then lay it flat.

a. Remove Keypad

a. Open microSD Card Holder

b. Lift microSD Card Holder

c. Insert microSD Card into Holder

d. Replace Keypad

13. At this point OS Load can begin and staging can be processed. Set aside all screws in a plastic bin.

14. Insert the battery and Follow steps below for the OS Load

15. After completion, remove the keypad.

16. Slide the card holder to the right to release and remove the microSD card

17. Replace the keypad

18. Using a Torx T8 screwdriver with a large grip and a long shaft, secure the keypad to the device using the two screws.

19. Turn the device over so that the keypad latches are visible.

20. Slide both the keypad latches toward the top of the device.

21. Using a Torx T8 screwdriver, replace the two keypad latch screws inside the battery slot

c. Replace Keypad Latch Screws

2B. Load Approved OS - Android 8 OEM BSP 01.30.04 U15

Press and hold both power & handle trigger key
Release the keys after Zebra logo appears
Android Recovery menu will boot up
Load base level OS package HE_FULL_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U00-STD.zip
1. - Volume key down to move highlight
  - Select with Power Key Apply downgrade from SD card > press power key
  - Select TECHMERPM OS > Select HE_FULL_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U00-STD.zip > press power key
After Install Complete > Select Reboot system now > press power key
On Hi There > Press and hold power key select Restart
Press and hold Trigger
Release the keys after Zebra logo appears
Android Recovery menu will boot up
Load patch level OS package HE_DELTA_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U15-STD.zip
1. - Volume key down to move highlight
  - Select with Power Key Apply upgrade from SD card > press power key
  - Select TECHMERPM OS > Select HE_DELTA_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U15-STD.zip > press power key
After Install Complete > Select Reboot system now > press power key

Staging

On Hi There screen > Scan the ZT Network barcode
- WiFi will connect to SSTStaging within 30 seconds
Intune Enrollment
- If there is a camera on the unit, tap Hi There! 8 times to launch QR reader to scan QR enrollment barcode
- If there is no Camera, press Start > > In GMAIL enter in afw#setup > scan enrollment token barcode.
Intune Deployment begins:
- Dynamics 365
- Teamviewer Host (registration done onsite for email authorization purpose)
- droidVNC-NGAdmin (register settings and permissions dashboard manually)
- Enable System Apps
  1. Calculator
  2. Drive
  3. RXLogger Tools
  4. StageNow
Manuel Settings:
- droidVNC settings:
  1. port: 5900
  2. password: livestrong
  3. scaling: all the way up
  4. permissions dashboard
  5. screen capturing: granted (accessibility settings)
  6. Input: granted
  7. file access: granted
  8. When capturing screen-vnc-ng permission box shows up check don't show again->start now
- Set Lock PIN in Settings = 1234 (no secure startup)

Restart Device Manually
Select EHS > Always
Start warehouse management
- Allow photos and media
- (may have to click got it on warning)
- choose certificate->Select
- choose certificate->Select
Confirm Rechmer PM-TP00 connection is set up.
If shown, Notifications window:
- long press doing work notification->do not show
- long press ppc service notification->do not show
- long press dtrk service notification->do not show
- long press play protect notification->do not show
- long press using battery notification->Do not show
Power Down Device
Remove microSDCard

QA

Power on Device
Unlock device > PIN = 1234
Confirm EHS 3 Apps
- Calculator
- StageNow
- Warehouse Management
EHS Admin Login = Battery1
Navigate to Settings > System > About phone
Confirm Build Number 01-30-04.00-OG-U15-STD
Press Home
