Each year I am required to complete an SLO in my classroom. This year, I chose to complete this requirement with one of my fourth grade digital citizenship classes. The SLO process requires a final analysis and reflection on the data gathered. Please see my final reflection below:

Reflection is an important component of continuous improvement. Making improvements in my field is meaningful to me. This past summer, I spent some time exploring and writing down my core values.
