Ask your child to tell you what what you do with each item in the picture.

• For example ask, "What do you do with a cup?" They should say, "Drink", "Drink cup", or "Drink from (a) cup"...any of these responses are acceptable.

• If you child is not able to give the correct answer, model it for them and have them repeat what you say.
