Educational Support Team (Updated 2025)

Springfield High School is committed to aligning with the district's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) guidance in establishing and maintaining a highly effective Educational Support Team (EST). The high school EST team is currently undergoing a restructuring process and is working in direct collaboration with the Springfield School District’s MTSS Team, Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, as well as the Director of Student Services. Referrals to the team can be made by parents/guardians or staff members when concerns arise about a student’s academic, behavioral, or social-emotional needs. Teachers can refer students using an online form, and families may initiate referrals through the School Counseling Office.
