Make sure to analyze! DO NOT give plot summary! You are writing for an audience that has read the text. Your goal is to contextualize.

Organization:

Language:

MLA
❏ MLA formatting: left-aligned with hanging indent, Times New Roman font, accurate font type for texts.
❏ MLA quotations and citations are present and cited correctly

eXplanation and Interpretation (SEXI-exi body paragraph):
❏ At least 2 to 3 sentences of analysis after a quote (after the evidence)
❏ Thoughtful and accurate explanations and further insightful interpretations
❏ Sentence requirements: at least 7 sentencess
❏ Set up work with the question, then response (give some analysis sentences then a quote then more analysis). Do not start the response with a quote.
Adding research:
