Discrimination complaints shall be processed in accordance with established procedures. (Civil Rights Act of 1991, Wisconsin Statutes Sections 115.28 (8), 115.80, 118.13, 118.14, 140.05 (16), and Pl 9.03 (1) of the Wisconsin Administrative Code.)
