The Spencer Public School District Comprehensive School Counseling Program is founded on a respect for each student's unique potential. Our school counseling program is invested in the success of every student as we foster academic, career and social / emotional development. Our school counselors collaborate with parents, teachers, school, staff, administrators and community members to help students find purpose in learning now which is the fuel for their successful future as a responsible citizen and life-long learner. We have adopted the ASCA National Model that includes the following four components; Define, Manage, Deliver, and Assess.
