WHAT is an ACP?
ACP stands for Academic and Career Plan.
It is a student career plan developed through an ongoing collaborative process with students, family, school staff and the work community. This process helps students create a planned career path by learning about themselves, their skills and abilities, while exploring the wide variety of career opportunities available and the training needed to reach their career goals.
