Financial Aid

Go to the FAFSA.GOV site to access FSA ID information and to file FAFSA reports. Do NOT go to .com or .org sites. The FAFSA.GOV site is the official government financial aid resource. Opens annual on October 1st.

FAFSA.GOV Filing is FREE

In filing for Financial Aid you will first need an FSA ID. A parent/guardian may also need one for you to file. Go to this site to create one. It may take a few days to get your ID returned to you. FSA ID site

Helpful Hints to Filing for Financial Aid:

  • Use your PERSONAL email address

  • You will need your social security number (SSN), driver's license number (if you have one), your W-2 forms, federal income tax return for the previous year filing, current bank and investment statements, records of other untaxed income (SSI, TANF, welfare or veteran benefits, alien registration number if you are not a US citizen

  • If you are a dependent student, financially dependent upon a parent / guardian or other for your day to day living expenses, you will also need their SSN, income and financial records

  • Keep track of your log in and FSA ID, PIN information for future log in and filing needs
