Requesting Transcripts and              Transcript Information

High School Transcripts may be requested through Parchment or the High School Counselor.  When an OFFICIAL transcript is required / requested it will be sent from Parchment directly to the institution or employer or scholarship donor. UNofficial transcript can be requested and received by the student.

Grades for dual credit courses listed on the Spencer High School transcript are NOT the official dual credit grade but the Spencer High School grade for the high school credit.  Dual credit official grades may be requested from the institution from which they were earned.

The credit awarding institution is the official location for requesting official dual credit transcripts.  Please go to the awarding institution website and search for their transcript request page. There will typically be a fee to be paid for these official transcripts.
