Partytime Salad

1 20 oz. Crushed PIneapple, undrained

1 3oz. pkg. lime jello

1 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

1/3 cup Pimento, chopped

1 cup Cream, whipped

1 cup celery, diced

1 cup walnuts, chopped

Heat pineapple to boiling, dissolve jello into pineapple. Chill until partially set. Add pimento to softened cream chsse. Blend into jello mixture. Add celery and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold. Looks ugly at this stage but tastes delicious.
