Applesauce Rasin Cake

2 1/2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 tsp. soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp allspice

1 1/2 cups applesauce

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup shortening

2 eggs

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Heat oven to 350 deg. Spray Pam on a 9x13 pan. Measure all ingredients into mixer bowl. Blend 1/2 min. on low speed, scraping bowl. Beat 3 min. on high speed, Pour into pan. Bake 60-65 min or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
