Qiezai noodles that you must eat when you come to Luzhou

Located at the intersection of Luzhou Night Market, the red signboard is quite attention-getting! When it's cold, order a bowl of Qiezai noodles at Tim Ding, you can feel hot and cozy. The noodles are mixed with a special lard recipe and shallots, with a pork bone stock poured over the mixture before serving, making it very flavorful. You can also enjoy the organic bean sprouts and leeks in it. With the unique sauce, the entire meal experience is unforgettable! In addition to Ziezai noodles, you can also order the side dish called "black and white," which is a great partner to the Ziezai noodles!

The story of the Ziezai noodles

According to legend, in the 1950s, a man named Lin Wuru began to sell noodles next to Yonglian Temple. The stove used for making the noodle dish was like a stove in ancient times, attracting many old customers. After the liberation, the stall was taken over by Yang Wanbao, who had just returned from Nanyang as a soldier at the time and had no job. Later, he passed on the craftsmanship to the apprentices, such as Ding Ding Chopped Noodles and Damiaokou Chopped Noodles. The skill inherited from Yang Wanbao has now been passed on to the third and fourth generations. Later, when Yang Wanbao got older, he handed over the business to his apprentices. Aci, Acheng, Tianding, Damiaokou... etc. were all his apprentices. For a while, he was in Dazhi, Sanchong, and other greater Taipei areas. There have also been noodles called Luzhou Ziezai noodles, or Monshangzhou Ziezai noodles, and this is how they spread out.

We have made a form for a survey of local snacks in Luzhou. The subjects of this survey are Luzhou people and non-Luzhou people. In the end, a total of 85 questionnaires were obtained.

According to the unprofessional survey of this group, in addition to the number of responses that have never been eaten, the best food in the Chopped Noodle shop is Tim Ding Chopped Noodles!

Q: Why is Tim Ding Chopped Noodles in the first place, not Hoshang Chopped Noodles?

A: According to our guess, there should be three reasons: 1. Geographical location 2. In-store environment 3. Business hours. First of all, the location of Tim Ding Chee Zai Noodles is very good. Next to Luzhou Miaokou Night Market, people can go to the night market and eat snacks after eating Chee Zai Noodles. Besides, Tim Ding’s environment is cleaner and brighter, and the seats are much more spacious. Third, Heshangzhou is only open until three in the afternoon, and Tian Ding starts selling from ten in the morning to eight thirty in the evening. It may be more than half the win during business hours.
