In this elective, students will further develop their three-dimensional art skills by working with a range of sculptural materials including clay, papier-mâché, and modroc. They will explore construction and surface techniques while designing and creating artworks that reflect their own ideas and creativity. Students will also examine the methods and processes used by contemporary and historical sculptors, applying these insights to inspire and inform their own work. The subject encourages experimentation, problem-solving, and personal expression through hands-on making.
