Fun through Fitness

Course Description

Physical and mental fitness plays a critical role in the enjoyment of activities, sport, and recreation that students participate in. This elective focuses on physical fitness and different ways to make participation fun and enjoyable. The elective looks at different training methods and extending each student to reach their full potential. Practical classes move away from traditional ball sports as ways of getting active and staying fit for life. If numbers permit, this subject may be offered a boy and a girl class.
