Painting

Course Description

In this elective, students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of media to produce painted works that relate to developing their skills and knowledge of techniques. Through exploration of painters from history and contemporary settings, students will produce paintings that relate to themes and concepts. A focus on planning and developmental techniques, as well as some analytical written work will be included in the study.

Special Requirements

Materials are provided by the College. Students will need an A3 Sketchbook.
