The Walter A. Quesenberry Memorial Scholarship seeks candidates who embody strength, bravery, and determination to reach their career and personal goals while recognizing true character is exemplified when faced with challenges and obstacles. It is believed that while GPA reflects diligence and responsibility, it is not the only indicator of future success. Additionally, while traditional four-year colleges lead to degrees necessary for advancement and innovation, Associate degree programs and trade schools train individuals in fields vital to the community and everyday life; both are equally important. Therefore, all applicants will be considered equally based on their exemplified character.
