Literacy is the English component of the Year 10 AEL program, which provides students with a pathway into VCE VM Literacy. This year long subject mirrors many of the English skills taught at Year 10 and introduces students to functional English as part of their skill building to communicate effectively in the workplace. Students will undertake a variety of tasks that will build their written, reading and oral skills throughout the year. These skills will be applied to other aspects of the AEL program including integrated projects and communication.
