The Phoenix
Player Description
Five years ago, a great fire broke out in an abandoned warehouse in the Foreign District. By the time the city guard arrived, a masked figure in tattered red and orange robes already completed the rescue effort. Dubbed "The Phoenix", the cloaked vigilante quickly became a beacon of hope in the poor and dangerous districts of Le Carrousel. For years citizens of Isarn would extol the Red Raven as their national champion, but the emergence of The Phoenix in the last few years has brought up debates about who is the true champion of Galt's downtrodden. Citizens tell tales of The Phoenix saving them from muggers, stopping break-ins, rescuing people from fires, even putting a stop to brutal beatings doled out by The Vice, Caydogs, and even the city guard.
