This once stately building houses the offices of the state lawyers of Isarn. Both prosecutors and defenders share the location despite public opinion that they should be separated to avoid collaboration between the two sides. Over time, it has gained the nickname "The Fishpond" although few people remember where the term originated. Jerome Lemaitre's office resides on the third floor.
