Galt's courts are managed in practice by the Revolutionary Council's decrees and judicial discretion, though a good attourney for the prosecution or defense can have considerable sway via that self-same 'judicial discretion'. The majority of barristers work directly for the courts, but a few independents (such as those at Centre d’Avocats de Isarn) remain in the city.
