La Porte d’Azlanti (I2)

Player Description

When the local magistrates of the Empire of Taldor began construction on a new outer wall, they designed Le Avenue Champs-Élysées to be an extravagant and elegant homage to the Emperor. The gatehouse at the end of the this new thoroughfare was christened La Porte d'Azlanti. Enormous and awe-inspiring, the stone gate was sculpted in traditional style. The eastern gate was designed to greet travelers with a perfectly framed view Isarn's bustling main avenue. After the rise of Cheliax and the construction of Le Levant, La Porte d'Azlanti began to slowly decline.

Since the beginning of the Red Revolution, council mandate has kept La Porte d'Azlanti closed to the public; traffic is funneled through the Farmer's Gate in the south and Le Levant in the west.
