Vigilantes

Isarn's feeble law enforcement has left the citizens of the city unprotected by the government. Several masked figures have taken to Isarn's streets, many to help their fellow citizens, but others are not so selfless. When a scream breaks the silence of night, Isarn's vigilantes are the only ones to turn their heads.
