Once world renowned for its culinary wonders, the southern sector of Isarn still provides food for most of the city, the food made today is simple, nutritious and unflavored. This city guard has a larger presence here than elsewhere in the city, but petty theft remains rampant as desperate folk from other districts come to steal food they cannot afford.
