The Annex (S5)

Player Description

This web of buildings has been slowly conglomerated to consolidate critical city services. Originally a grain store, the Annex has claimed surrounding buildings as needed, and now dominates an entire city block.

In addition to multiple granaries -- this is the final destination for any grain transport entering the Farmer's Gate and traveling down La Rue du Pain, and stores approximately sixty percent of the grains in Galt -- The Annex has come to include all of Isarn's practical Départements: Water and Sanitation, Roads, Building, and Fire. While it would appear that these departments and their functions have all gravitated to a single central location by chance, protectiveness, or simple staffing necessities rather than any sort of deliberate planning, rumors with the same core element (that this is part of someone's master plan) continue to circulate, with the only change being the individual or group responsible for this collection.
