Player Description

On the border between the Wine District and Industrial District, lies a section of Isarn's outer wall ravaged by pests. As the city declined scavengers and strays began roaming all of Le Carrousel. In the past few years, this problem has becoming particularly pronounced in Le Quartier des Ravageurs, which has become overrun. Whole blocks have been taken over by raccoons, and any attempts to quell their population have been turned aside by their mascot and protector: Le Raton Laveur.
