Describe the typical technique used to treat a minor soft tissue injury

The last topic for this section deals with treating an injury. All of us get injuried at some point, some get more serious injuries than others. The main way to treat most injuries that include sprains, strains, and bruising (and that are not bleeding) uses the R.I.C.E. technique. This technique is described in good detail here:
