Describe the benefits/consequences of a healthy/unhealthy body composition and identify/describe the different types of diabetes

Body composition, as stated in a different section, is a fancy way of saying how much fat you have on your body vs. how much of everything else that you have in your body What is body composition?.

Research has shown that the more fat you have, UP AND ABOVE a certain level, the greater your chance for various diseases and/or disorders. And that level of fat, which is considered high, is a great deal more than what many Americans are led to believe.

Having too much fat on the body (again up and above a certain level... which will be talked about in a subsequent folder) can lead to several different disorders or diseases (actually it can lead to more than just several).
