In order to proceed with the imposition of the above sanctions, the provisions of current legislation will be followed, communicating to the legal representatives of the workers, if any, the penalties for serious or very serious faults.
The absences will prescribe after 10 days when they are classified as minor; after 20 days when they are serious; and after 60 days when they are very serious, considering for their computation the date on which the company had knowledge of the facts, and in any case six months after it was committed.
All the faults will be written down in the personal file of the person who commits the infraction, the minor ones being cancelled after two months, the serious ones after four months, and the very serious ones after one year.
