Minor faults are:
1.-More than three lack of punctuality during thirty days without just cause.
2.-The lack of attendance at work for one day during the period of one month, without just cause. It will be serious if, as a result of the absence, serious damage to the company is caused.
3.-Leaving the job without just cause or the service for a short time during the day. If, as a consequence of the same abandonment, considerable damage to the company, work colleagues, clients or personnel thereof, or cause of an accident, the fault may be considered serious or very serious.
4.-Not communicating with a prior character the absence to work for just cause; and not to justify, within the following twenty-four hours, unless proved the impossibility to do so, the reason that motivated it.
5.-Negligence and distractions that affect the performance of work or in the care and maintenance of machines, utilities, tools, facilities the company’s or the client’s.
When the breach of the above causes serious consequences in the performance of the service, the fault may be considered serious or very serious.
6.-The non-observance of the orders of services, as well as the disobedience to the superiors, all in light matter.
7.-Lack of respect and consideration in light matters to subordinate personnel, colleagues, superiors, and public, as well as the discussion with them within the working day and using malignant or indecorous words with them.
8.- The occasional lack of hygiene and personal cleanliness.
9.-Not to communicate to the company the changes of residence and domicile and other circumstances that affect your work activity.
10.-Failure to serve the public correctly and with due diligence, provided that there is no justified complaint from the client, in which case it may be classified as serious or very serious.
