1.-The present norms of disciplinary regime pursue the maintenance of labor discipline, which is a fundamental aspect for the normal coexistence, technical organization and organization of the company, as well as for the guarantee and defence of the rights and legitimate interests of workers, workers and companies.
2.- Faults, provided that they constitute a contractual breach of the contracted person, may be sanctioned by the Company's Management in accordance with the grading established in this chapter.
3.- Any fault committed will be classified as minor, serious or very serious.
4.-The faults, whatever its clasification, will require written and motivated communication from the company to the affected person.
5.-The imposition of sanctions for serious or very serious faults will be notified to the legal representation of the workers.
