Serious faults are:
1.- Committing more than two minor faults in the period of one quarter, except for punctuality, even if it is of a different nature, provided that a written sanction has been issued.
2.- More than four lacks of punctuality in the attendance to work in a period of thirty days.
When a partner has to be relieved, a single lack of punctuality will suffice for it to be considered serious, provided there is no just cause.
3.-The lack of attendance to work of two days in the period of one month, without just cause. It will be very serious if as a result of the absence, serious damage to the company is caused.
4.-Serious disobedience to the superiors in the matter of work and the discourteous reply to colleagues, managers or the public. If there is a manifest lack of discipline or if it couses notorious damage to the company, colleagues, or the public, it will be considered very serious.
5.-The impersonation of the personality of a colleague when logging in or out, sanctioning will applied to both, the impersonator and the person who has been impersonated.
6.-The voluntary reduction of habitual activity and negligence in work that affects the good running of the service.
7.-The simulation of illness or accident and not deliver the official documentation within seventy-two hours after its issuance, unless proved impossible to do so.
8.-The use of time, material, tools and machines in matters unrelated to work or for your own benefit.
9.-Make utilities disappear, both the company´s and the client´s.
10.- Causing accidents due to fault, negligence or inexcusable imprudence.
11.-Keep the records, documentation, notebooks or any kind of official and written annotations that you regularly must have, without the due formalities and committing faults that, due to their seriousness or transcendence, deserve special corrective; and if it had special relevance, it will be considered very serious.
