Very serious faults are:
1.-The recidivism in serious misconduct in a six-month period, even if it is of a different nature, provided that there has been a sanction.
2.-More than twelve non-justified lacks of punctuality, committed in the period of six months or thirty in a year, even if they have been sanctioned independently.
3. Three or more unexcused absences to work in the period of one month, more than six in a six-month period, or thirty in a year, even if they have been sanctioned independently.
4.-Falsehood, disloyalty, fraud, abuse of trust or theft, both to colleagues and to the company or to third parties related to the service during the performance of tasks or after works.
5.-To make disappear, disable, cause damage to machines, systems, facilities, buildings, equipment, documents, etc., both in company and the clients, as well as causing accidents due to fault, negligence or inexcusable imprudence.
6.-In working as self-employed or other people while in a situation of temporary incapacity for work, as well as making manipulating or falsifying to prolong that situation.
7.-The continued and habitual lack of hygiene and cleanliness, of such nature that it produces justified complaints from managers, co-workers or third parties.
8.-Drunkenness or any type of intoxication caused by drug during the working day, which affects your work. It will only be punishable with dismissal when drunkenness is habitual, being understood by habituality when there have previously been two written warnings for the same cause.
9. The violation of the secrecy of correspondence of any type of documents of the company or of the persons in whose premises or facilities the rendering of the services is carried out, and not to keep the due discretion or the natural secrecy of the matters and services in which , for the purpose of their content, they must know, as well as make improper use of the information contained in the databases, in breach of the provisions of the current Data Protection Act.
10.-The mistreatments in word or deed, serious lack of respect and consideration to the people of their superiors, colleagues, personnel under their care or relatives of the same, as well as to the clients and to the people in whose premises or facilities they carry out their activity and the staff of these if any.
11.-The abandonment of work in positions of responsibility once they have taken possession of them, and the inhibition or passivity in the provision of the same.
12.- The voluntary and continued reduction in performance.
13.-Acts of sexual harassment or because of sex, being considered especially serious those directed to subordinate persons with abuse of privileged position.
For such purposes, acts of sexual harassment or sex-based acts are understood to be any behaviour developed within the scope of the company, of a sexual nature or carried out according to the sex of a person, which has the purpose or produces the effect of undermining the dignity of a person, particularly when creating an intimidating, degrading or offensive environment.
14. The abuse of authority.
15.-Unfair competition for engaging in or outside of the workday to develop on their own the same activity as the company or engage in particular occupations that are in open conflict with the service.
16.-Requiring or asking for their services remuneration or awards from third parties, whatever the form or pretext used to obtain the donation.
17.-Recklessness in the act of service, if it implies the risk of an accident for yourself or for colleagues or staff or the public, or danger of breakdown of the facilities.
