New Features

• Added Prediction Offset, a new setting to account for slightly delayed predictions.

Changes

• Added a fall-back to CTA predictions that will load from the CTA website if the developer limit has been reached.
• Improved the way data is being saved and loaded to be faster and more reliable, which also fixes a few bugs.
• Removed "Enable Logging" option from "Trek Support" screen - it's automatic now.
• Moved "Email Developer" link to the bottom of "Trek Support", so it's more of a last resort.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that would cache an empty routes list when data failed to load properly.
• Fixed a bug with CTA bus predictions sometimes being shown out of order.
• Fixed a bug that would sometimes crash the app when getting predictions for CTA trains.
• Fixed an ironic bug with the bug reporting that was not sending the full details of crashes.
• Fixed a bug with the web-site viewer in the app that would crash when clicking the "Subscribe To Posts" link in each blog.
